In most cases the machine will not require any alignment after installation, but if it goes out of calibration for any reason, three adjustment screws per mirror allow you to achieve perfect alignment with minimal frustration.

Air Assist Mechanism

Enhanced Cutting Precision for Various Thicknesses
We offer two focal lengths of lens for use in our standard laser heads. The 2.5” (63.5mm) lens is ideal for general purpose laser cutting and engraving, while the 4” (101.6mm) lens is best for cutting material over 20mm thick. The standard laser head has two lens mounting positions, so the spacing from the bottom of the nozzle to the material is the same with both lenses.

Reliable Off-line Operation and Hot Restart
If there is a power failure or the emergency stop is hit, all configuration and job status information is automatically saved. After the problem is cleared, cutting or engraving can resume exactly where it left off, preventing material wastage.
Embedded flash storage in the controller lets you transfer jobs to the machine by USB, Ethernet or flash drive and finish processing offline without relying on a connection to your PC.

UP and DOWN worktable, making worktable move up and suitable for processing materials in different thickness, if ur products with big size, it will use this up down table, if ur product with cylindrical, and need roary cutting and engraving, u need this up down.

Why is the laser tube not emitting light or losing power?
Check the water circulation of the laser machine to see if water is flowing from the outlet pipe.
If there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, then we should check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply; press it and see if light is emitted. If light is emitted, it indicates that the water protection device may be faulty.
What maintenance does the chiller and water cooling system require?
Chillers require regular cooling water changes; it is recommended to change the circulating water every three months. Before adding new circulating water, unscrew the drain valve to empty the water tank. Laser engraving machines often use small chillers for cooling. When draining water, the chiller should be tilted to ensure thorough drainage. Regularly cleaning the dust filter is also necessary, as this aids in heat dissipation.
In summer, high room temperatures can easily trigger chiller alarms. This is related to the higher summer temperatures. The chiller should be kept below 40 degrees Celsius to avoid overheating alarms. When installing a chiller, ensure it is away from obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation.
