Large-Format CO2 Laser Applications
1325 CO2 laser cutting machine is a high-performance laser processing equipment, specifically designed for engraving and cutting non-metallic materials. Featuring a 1300 x 2500 mm worktable, it utilizes a CO2 laser to cut and engrave materials by vaporizing or melting them with a high-energy laser beam. Controlled by a CNC system, it enables rapid cutting and engraving of text, patterns, photos, numbers, signs, or logos onto surfaces of materials such as acrylic, glass, rubber, MDF board, wood, fabric, paper, stone, plastic, leather, and textiles.
- 1325 CO2 laser engraving and cutting machine with a 1300×2500mm worktable, supporting processing of full-size 4×8 ft sheet materials (e.g., MDF, acrylic sheets).

- Laser tubes are available in various brands such as Yongli/Reci/EFR, and the power can be selected at will.
- The aluminum alloy blade workbench provides a flat material support surface to facilitate laser penetration and cutting, and effectively reduce reflection damage.
- The Y-axis uses a dual-motor drive design to effectively share the load pressure and achieve high-precision and high-speed output.
- The Ruida 6445S CNC system is simple to operate, with intuitive key operations and easy to use.

150-300 W CO2 Power Options
Choose 150, 180, 200 or 300 W according to the material, thickness, edge-quality target and production speed. Final capability depends on the laser tube, optics, focus, air assist and material formulation, so production samples should be tested before configuration is confirmed.
Large Sheet Working Areas
The H-1325 provides a 1300 x 2500 mm work area for full-size sheets. Larger 1500 x 3000 and 2000 x 3000 mm configurations are also available for signage, furniture, packaging and textile workflows.
Optional Motorized Lifting Table
A motorized Z-axis table creates clearance for taller parts and compatible rotary fixtures. For bottles, cups and other cylindrical workpieces, select a roller or chuck rotary based on the part diameter, weight and surface.
Matched Water-Cooling System
A correctly sized water chiller controls laser-tube temperature during operation. Chiller capacity, coolant specification and maintenance interval must match the selected tube and the operating environment.
Cutting and Engraving Uses
Use the machine for large acrylic signs, wood and MDF components, packaging prototypes, textile patterns, leather goods and other approved non-metal parts. Kerf, edge finish and achievable thickness vary by material, power and process settings.
Knife-Blade or Honeycomb Worktable
The knife-blade bed supports rigid sheets while minimizing back reflection and contact marks. A honeycomb bed is better suited to paper, fabric and small flexible parts. The recommended table depends on the main material mix.

Details of 4*8 1325 CO2 Laser Engraving Machine
Designed for large-sheet non-metal production, the H-1325 integrates the laser, motion system, Ruida control, cooling and extraction connections in one configurable platform. Power, bed type and accessories are selected around the application rather than treated as one universal setup.

1300 x 2500 mm Sheet Capacity
The 1300 x 2500 mm working area accommodates common 4 x 8 ft sheet formats with practical loading clearance. The open-style bed provides front and side access for positioning large acrylic, wood and MDF sheets; operators should still follow the specified loading method and machine safety procedures.
Sealed CO2 laser glass tube
The TS300 peak power over 360W, stable power 300W, continuous working life over 12000 hrs, warranty 12 months. The high power CO2 laser system can cut Plywood, MDF, Acryl and Metal effortlessly, they are widely used in metal and non-metal laser cutting machine.

CO2 laser head
CCD Camera SV300 (for logos border cutting)
The high-quality carbon dioxide laser cutting head is made of all-aluminum alloy. The laser beam is reflected by the laser reflector and guided to the laser cutting head. After being focused by the focusing lens inside the laser head, a high-energy laser beam is formed to achieve high-speed engraving and cutting.
Ball Screw transmission
Compared with belt drive, it provides higher engraving and cutting precision; compared with GEAR RACK rack drive, it provides higher precision, but rack-drive machines are faster. BALL SCREW drive is mainly used for cutting materials over 20 mm thick and for laser cutting of greater thicknesses, resulting in smoother cutting edges.

Aluminum alloy blade workbench
Multiple aluminum alloy structure design, aluminum alloy material is easier to dissipate heat, and the waste of laser-cut products falls into the blade table to keep the table clean.
Adjustable Mirror Alignment
The beam path uses adjustable mirrors to carry the CO2 laser from the tube to the cutting head. Stable mounts support repeatable alignment, while three-point adjustment allows trained technicians to correct the optical path during installation or scheduled maintenance.

Intelligentcontrolsystem
Format compatible (PLT/JPG/DXF/DST).The control software is based on the Windows operating system and supports various common processing file formats. It includes commonly used editing and layout functions, as well as processing and control functions specific to laser processing. While ensuring ease of use and reliability, it also helps you achieve excellent processing results and efficiency.

Ruida 6445S CNC system
The configured Ruida panel provides job selection, layer parameters, positioning and status information at the machine. LightBurn supports common RDC6442 and RDC6445 controller families; confirm the exact controller model and software version in the quotation.

S&A CW5300 water Chiller
The supplied package can be configured with the chiller, exhaust blower, air-assist components and ducting required for the selected machine and destination.
An industrial water chiller circulates temperature-controlled coolant through the laser tube. Chiller model and alarm protection are selected according to tube power and local ambient conditions.
The exhaust blower removes smoke and process fumes from the cutting zone. Airflow, filtration and discharge arrangements must be designed for the material and comply with local workplace and environmental requirements.
Ducting scope and connection sizes are confirmed in the final configuration so the customer can plan safe discharge or filtration before installation.

Lens Options for Engraving and Thick Cutting
A 2.5 in (63.5 mm) focal-length lens suits general engraving and cutting, while a 4 in (101.6 mm) option provides greater depth of focus for thicker materials. The best lens depends on material, thickness, detail and edge requirements; confirm performance with a sample test.

Offline Job Storage and Recovery
Ruida controllers can store jobs and provide recovery functions after an interruption. Resume behavior depends on the controller, file and machine state, so the operator must inspect the machine, material and origin before restarting a job.
Jobs can be transferred by USB storage, USB cable or wired Ethernet, depending on the controller configuration, and then run from the panel without keeping the design computer connected.
Which optional accessories are available for my products?
Accessories are selected according to part height, shape, material and positioning requirements:
- Motorized lifting table for taller workpieces and clearance below a compatible rotary fixture.
- Red-dot positioning and autofocus options to assist setup; final focus should be verified on the actual material.
- Roller rotary for suitable bottles, cups and other cylindrical parts, subject to diameter and weight limits.
- Chuck rotary for parts that need positive clamping; jaw type and clearance are matched to the workpiece.
