Applicable Materials
Suitable for most metal materials and a range of non-metal materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, coated metals, plastics, fabrics, leather, glass, paper, polymer materials, electronic components, hardware, jewellery and tobacco packaging.
If you are not sure whether your parts can be marked, you can send us samples for a free marking test and video demonstration.
Applicable Industries
Household appliances, electronic communications, automotive and motorcycle parts, precision equipment, gifts and jewellery, eyewear and watches, tools and plumbing, mobile phone accessories, packaging and many other industries that require high-contrast, permanent and accurate marking. Not recommended for highly reflective mirror surfaces unless a special laser configuration is used.

Core Parts

EzCad2 Control, Compatible with LightBurn for Easy Pattern & Image Creation
Our laser marking machine is equipped with a genuine Beijing JCZ control board and EZCAD2 software (Windows 7/8/10). The industrial-grade control system offers stable performance and high reliability, while the software is intuitive and easy to learn. It can import vector and image files from AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design software.
For users who prefer graphic-style editing, the system can also work with LightBurn (galvo version) to create complex patterns and images efficiently. We provide parameter suggestions and basic operation training so that even first-time users can quickly start production and achieve consistent marking quality.

Preview Box Mode
Four red-light lines form a preview box on the workpiece so you can check marking position and size before starting, effectively reducing scrap and rework.

Outer Contour Mode
Red-light outlines the external contour of the marking area to help operators quickly confirm whether the content fits the product surface before actual marking.

Laser Source
Optional laser sources include Raycus, MAX, IPG and JPT with multiple powers. Higher power allows faster marking speed or deeper engraving. CO₂, UV, MOPA and green lasers are also available for different materials and applications.

BJJCZ Laser Control Card
Original BJJCZ circuit board with a mature and user-friendly control system. Easy to operate, safe and stable, with a dust-proof design suitable for long-term industrial use.

Galvanometer Scanner
High-speed dual-axis galvanometer controls the mirrors inside the scan head to achieve up to 7,000 mm/s marking speed. Different brands and models are available, including auto-focus and 3D scan heads for curved or uneven surfaces.

Ring/Bracelet Rotating Axis
Diameter: 50 mm. Specially designed for inside and outside ring, bracelet and small circular jewellery engraving with stable rotation.

Gold and Silver Sheet Clamps
Chuck size: 160 × 98 mm. Convenient for fixing thin gold and silver plates or small flat workpieces to ensure flatness and repeatable positioning during marking.

Wine Glass Bottle Rotating Shaft
Diameter: 80 mm. Suitable for rotary engraving on cups, wine glasses and bottles to create 360° patterns and text for branding or personalisation.
FAQ
What materials can a fiber laser marking machine mark?
Fiber laser marking machines are suitable for fine marking on materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, leather, and fabrics.
What laser power options are available?
30W,50W,60W,100W
How deep can a fiber laser marking machine engrave into metal?
Suitable for making clear, high-contrast marks on metal surfaces, but the engraving depth is usually no more than 0.1mm.
What is the difference between fiber laser marking and CO2 laser marking?
In terms of precision, device lasers are fabricated at the nanometer level, while CO2 lasers are fabricated at the micrometer level. Device lasers require higher precision than CO2 lasers.
How do I clean and maintain the lenses and mirrors?
Clean the inside of the equipment to remove dust, dirt, and foreign objects. Use a vacuum cleaner, alcohol, and lint-free cloth to remove dust, dirt, and foreign objects. Check the field mirror lenses for dirt and wipe them with lens paper.
What file formats and software are supported?
It is compatible with files from software such as CorelDRAW and AutoCAD; supports PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, etc., and can directly use SHX and TTF fonts; supports automatic encoding, printing serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, QR codes, automatic numbering, etc., and has a USB interface for output control.
How long does the laser source last, and what is the warranty?
100,000 hours、1years
What are the advantages of fiber laser marking over traditional methods (e.g., inkjet or engraving)?
Fiber lasers are better suited for metal, plastic, and ceramic parts, requiring no ink consumption and no spraying maintenance. Fiber laser marking physically alters the surface, achieving a level of marking durability that ink cannot.
