FC-3015E / FC-6015E Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
The FC-3015E and FC-6015E are CNC fiber laser cutting machines for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and other supported sheet metals. Available laser power, cutting head, source, controller, chiller and safety enclosure are selected according to material, thickness, production rate and destination requirements.
Power configurations from 1.5 kW to 30 kW can be evaluated for thin-sheet processing, general fabrication and high-power plate cutting. Final cutting capacity must be confirmed through material testing with the selected laser source, assist gas, nozzle, optics and process settings.
- Head Protection: Capacitive height control and anti-collision functions help reduce contact risk during cutting.
- Thin-Sheet Control: Tuned motion, focus and gas parameters support stable contours and clean edges on thin sheet.
- Automatic Lubrication: Centralized lubrication reduces routine manual servicing of supported motion components.
- Process Consistency: CNC motion and automatic height control support repeatable parts; final edge quality depends on material and cutting parameters.
- Autofocus Cutting Head: Motorized focus adjustment, protective lenses and quick-access lens drawers support setup across different materials and thicknesses.
- Stress-Relieved Machine Bed: The welded bed is heat-treated and precision-machined to support rigidity and long-term motion stability.

Stress-Relieved Bed and Beam
- Material and Stress Relief: The welded steel bed and beam are heat-treated before finish machining to reduce residual stress.
- Precision Machining: Critical mounting surfaces are machined after stress relief to support alignment of the guide rails, drive system and cutting area.
- Thermal Management: The bed structure separates heat-generating cutting zones from precision motion components where practical.
Integrated Electrical and Service Cabinet
- Integrated Layout: Electrical controls, lubrication and service access are organized within the machine platform.
- Installation Planning: Final placement must allow clearance for sheet loading, exhaust, gas, chiller, power and maintenance access.
- Workshop Efficiency: Select the 3015 or 6015 format according to sheet size, loading method and available floor space.
- Shipping Configuration: Packing method and container requirements are confirmed according to machine size, enclosure and selected accessories.

How to Read the Cutting Table
1. Stable cutting: The first value in each cell is a typical production thickness for stable speed and edge quality.
2. Limit cutting: The second value is a reference maximum for occasional separation cutting and is not a production guarantee.
3. Reflective metals: Aluminum, brass and copper require a compatible laser source, cutting head, process parameters and back-reflection protection.
4. Test before production: Actual capacity varies with material grade, surface condition, assist gas, pressure, nozzle, focus, optics, power and required edge quality. Confirm with sample cutting.
Sheet Metal Materials
Supported materials include carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, brass, copper and selected alloys. This product page covers sheet and plate machines; tube and pipe cutting requires a dedicated tube-cutting model or an explicitly quoted combined configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials can this fiber laser cutting machine cut?
It can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, brass, copper and selected alloys when the laser source, cutting head, gas system and process are configured for the material.
What cutting thickness can each laser power handle?
Cutting thickness depends on laser power, material grade, assist gas, nozzle, focus, optics, speed and the required edge quality. Use the reference table as a starting point and confirm the final configuration through sample cutting.
What laser power options are available?
Configurations from 1.5 kW to 30 kW can be evaluated. Available power depends on the machine model, cutting head, source, chiller, electrical supply and safety configuration.
What working areas are available?
The FC-3015E uses a 3000 × 1500 mm work area and the FC-6015E uses a 6000 × 1500 mm work area. Other sheet formats are available in separate machine series.
Do you provide installation, training and technical support?
Installation, operator training, remote support, spare parts and warranty terms are defined in the confirmed quotation according to the destination and machine configuration.
What certification, software and file formats are supplied?
Certification documents, electrical standards and safety options are supplied according to the confirmed export configuration. CypCut/FSCUT systems support common CAD and vector workflows; confirm the final software package and import formats in the quotation.
Can I test my material before ordering?
Yes. Send the material grade, thickness, drawing, quality requirement and target cycle time so the factory can arrange sample cutting and recommend a configuration.
How does fiber laser cutting compare with CO2 cutting?
Fiber lasers are generally preferred for sheet-metal cutting because the wavelength couples efficiently with metals and the source requires limited routine optical maintenance. CO2 lasers remain common for many non-metal materials. The correct process depends on material, thickness and edge requirements.
Can the machine be customized?
Yes. Options can include power, source brand, cutting head, work area, enclosure, loading system, voltage, gas controls, dust extraction, software and regional compliance requirements.
