FAQ
What materials can a fiber laser marking machine mark?
Fiber laser marking machines are suitable for fine marking on materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, leather, and fabrics.
What laser power options are available?
30W,50W,60W,100W
How deep can a fiber laser marking machine engrave into metal?
Suitable for making clear, high-contrast marks on metal surfaces, but the engraving depth is usually no more than 0.1mm.
What is the difference between fiber laser marking and CO2 laser marking?
In terms of precision, device lasers are fabricated at the nanometer level, while CO2 lasers are fabricated at the micrometer level. Device lasers require higher precision than CO2 lasers.
How do I clean and maintain the lenses and mirrors?
Clean the inside of the equipment to remove dust, dirt, and foreign objects. Use a vacuum cleaner, alcohol, and lint-free cloth to remove dust, dirt, and foreign objects. Check the field mirror lenses for dirt and wipe them with lens paper.
What file formats and software are supported?
It is compatible with files from software such as CorelDRAW and AutoCAD; supports PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, etc., and can directly use SHX and TTF fonts; supports automatic encoding, printing serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, QR codes, automatic numbering, etc., and has a USB interface for output control.
How long does the laser source last, and what is the warranty?
100,000 hours、1years
What are the advantages of fiber laser marking over traditional methods (e.g., inkjet or engraving)?
Fiber lasers are better suited for metal, plastic, and ceramic parts, requiring no ink consumption and no spraying maintenance. Fiber laser marking physically alters the surface, achieving a level of marking durability that ink cannot.
